Fergus is the youngest son of Matt and Esther Lockerby, in the United States of America. (Matt is the son of David and Carolyn Lockerby. Esther is the daughter of Larry and Christine Craver.) Here you will find the medical updates and prayer requests for baby Fergus, who almost drowned on March 16, 2009 and is now suffering many life threatening health problems. We invite comments, prayers, well wishes, and questions. Let's lift him up and let's live in hope that Fergus will fully recover!

These medications are important right now because he doesn't control his heart rate or muscles really well. He is given meds for heart rate, blood pressure, siezures, fevers, and pain. Please pray that he will be able to come off of these meds soon.
The last few days Fergus has seemed more aware of us. He looks at us longer and tends to cry if we don't put out some effort of calming him down. He loves to be held. Thank you for praying that we could hold and touch him.
I am putting together an afghan for Fergus. If you'd like to contribute a 6 inch crocheted square of any shade of blue or green, that would be great. Just send it to our home address: RR3 Box 3488A, Alton, MO 65606
gratefully, esther

Feel free to leave messages for the family and friends of Fergus Lockerby.
Whether you know this family or Fergus personally does not matter.
Whether you write a line or a page, leave a verse of scripture or a meaningful quote, or words of your own, we welcome your participation.
What matters most is the sense of Christian community that we create as we take part in lifting our brothers and sisters in their time of need, and thereby we too are lifted up, with encouragement and love.
Lets not miss an opportunity to help each other live lives filled with HOPE for healing for Fergus and his family and ourselves.
Join us! We are glad you are here and we want to hear from you, too!
